How does wingwave® coaching work?

What is special about wingwave® compared to cognitive methods? wingwave® accelerates and regulates the processing of stressful experiences and emotions through rapid eye movements.
The client's eyes follow the movements of the coach's hand in front of the client's eyes. This generates rapid eye movements (REM) while being awake, just like during the REM phase while asleep. By using the "myostatik test" (muscle response) the stress triggers are identified precisely and then processed by the rapid eye movements.
wingwave® restores rapidly your inner balance and thus enables you to act powerfully and creatively again both in everyday life and at work.

Individual coaching sessions:
The persolog® resilience profile helps to determine which resilience skills should be boosted - such as self-efficacy, solution orientation or realistic optimism. ​​
With wingwave®, the blocking emotions and stress triggers are identified precisely and the relevant resilience skills are strengthened.

Group coaching sessions:
Some elements of the wingwave® method are also applicable for self-coaching.
In 9 different training modules, which can be compiled individually or booked separately, the participants learn in small groups how the wingwave® self-coaching methods work and how easy they are applicable.
